PSI Group owns its own steel structure manufacturing plant, "QMÓZ," with a capacity of 18,000 tons per year.
Main workshop
Standard and complex steel structures made from rolled sections, profile tubes, welded I-beams, and H-beams for industrial and civil building frames.
QMÓZ is a dynamic and modern domestic production facility specializing in high-quality steel structures and complete transformer substations.
The Karasai Machine-Building Plant was designed by PSI ENGINEERING to fulfill orders for industrial projects with high-quality requirements, including those meeting international standards.
The plant was built with PSI ENGINEERING’s own funds and was commissioned in early 2017.
PSI ENGINEERING invested significant time and resources into studying the experience of successful European steel structure plants, focusing on both production technology and design methods.
As a result, the Karasai Machine-Building Plant's key advantages include the design process, carried out in modern 3D modeling systems such as Tekla Structures and Advance Steel, and high-performance automated CNC machines from industry leaders, which are compatible with these 3D systems.
The plant is focused on producing high-quality products that meet all modern standards, including those required by global brands operating in Kazakhstan.
The plant continually improves product quality, refines production management methods, upgrades and expands production capabilities, and prepares workshops for the introduction of new technologies. It also builds and opens new workshops.
